Therapy
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide individual and relational (couple, family) therapy for ages 5 and up.
I currently contract with Namu Integrative Therapy Services and meet with folks both in-person and over telehealth for those located in MN and WI. I can accept most major insurance plans and offer private pay rates and reduced fees based on need and income.
Clinical Supervision
I am a board-approved supervisor with MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy and Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy, and can supervise practitioners on the LMFT and LPC/LPCC tracks.
I offer both individual and small group supervision. All supervision meetings are virtual via Google Meets at this time.
Consultation, Training, & Workshops
I can bring value to the work of fellow therapists, educators, writers, professionals, and community members looking to deepen their perspective around topics like mental health psychoeducation, transracial/ transcultural adoption, parent and caregiver support, racial trauma, the ethics of self care, and more.
Past partnerships include Kente Circle Training Institute, Adoptee Hub, and the Zones of Regulation.
Fees vary and depend on the time and specifics of the project.
